Breakfast

We offer a lavish breakfast buffet from 8:00 to 10:00 am. For guests who would like to eat breakfast before 7:00 am, please notify the reception desk the evening before.

Vienna Card

For the price of € 21.90 for 72 hours,of 18,90 for 48 hours you can ride for free on all public transportation in Vienna and enjoy numerous discounts at museums and many sightseeing attractions. Regular tickets for public transportation are also available at the reception desk.

Tours

You can book a ticket for a guided tour of the city,HOP on and HOP off, the Vienna Woods or the Wachau regon, as well as many other places, right here at the hotel. We are more than happy to provide you with further information and a city map of Vienna in your native language.

Sightseeing

We are happy to help you plan your city visit and excursions in the region surrounding Vienna, plus we have all kinds of great tips to share with you as well.

Ticket service

We are happy to help you procure tickets for the opera and theater. Tickets for operettas and the "Mozart Concerts" are available at the hotel.

Your room is equipped with a safe. For operating instructions, please stop by the reception desk.

Taxi

If you should need a taxi, please just notify the reception desk. We will be happy to arrange one for you.

Parking garage

You have the option to park at the parking garage in Hütteldorf, on the U-4 underground line, for the whole day for only 3 Euro. You can then ride the U-4 and reach the city center of Vienna in only 16 min.

An e-charging station is available directly at the hotel.

We are happy to help you make arrangements for a rental car.

Postcards and stamps are available at the reception desk, making it easier to send you holiday greetings to friends and family back home.

We ask that you check-out of your room by 11:00 am. When paying your bill, we accept cash, all major credit cards, as well as Maestro/bank cards.

Airport transfer
