Excursion to the Vienna Woods

You will travel through the scenically beautiful, diverse area of the Vienna Woods to Sparbach (nature preserve) and continue to Hinterbrühl for a visit to the SEEGROTTE (immense underground lake, 6200 m³) and enjoy a boat ride 14 m below the surface.

You will then continue to HEILIGENKREUZ ABBEY, the oldest Cistercian monastery in Austria. Afterwards, go to MAYERLING, the memorial site for Crown Prince Rudolf.

After this visit, you will travel through the beautiful Helental to the spa town of BADEN, visit the Rosarium and the Kurpark with its casino. Via the Weinbergstraße, make your way to GUMPOLDSKIRCHEN and end your excursion with a glass of wine at a cozy wine tavern.
